A little taste of the bayou! Our tribute to this classic Southern dish is made with sausage, chicken, shrimp, tomatoes, green bell peppers and celery served up with long grain rice. The key ingredients to our authentic flavor? Filé powder from the sassafras tree (a traditional ingredient in the cuisines of Louisiana), plus our homemade spicy Creole seasoning.
