Returns & Warranty
All merchandise in unused condition may be returned for a refund within 90 days of purchase when accompanied by your receipt. All items need to be in their original packaging with tags on. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- If used and found defective, or damaged upon receipt of your order please contact Campmor Customer Service directly at 800 226 7667 or through the Email/chat found on any page on the Campmor Website.
- For unworn merchandise, we will issue a refund as long as the product is in its original condition. If you would like to make an exchange, simply return your items and place a new order for the desired merchandise. Defective merchandise will be evaluated upon receipt. If your product is deemed defective, we will issue a refund. If your product has been worn and returned being used, we will return your order back with no refund.
- Products that are not returnable after purchase no matter the condition they are in new or used:
Face Masks, Buffs, Balaclavas, Climbing Gear, Underwear, Bathing Suits
- Gift Cards are non-refundable/returnable.
We will replace or refund within 90 days of the purchase date when accompanied by your receipt. Save your packing materials and manufacturers warranty together with your Campmor sales receipt and invoice. After 90 days if you believe there to be a problem not caused by normal wear and tear, you should contact the manufacturer directly.
When returning merchandise to Campmor, carefully wrap the items and return them Parcel Post insured or UPS. Parcels must be returned shipping charges prepaid. C.O.D. returns cannot be accepted and will be refused. Enclose the return form on the reverse side of your invoice or a letter telling us the reason for the return, along with the name, address, and zip code of the person who placed the order.
Please contact Campmor Customer Service for a pre paid label for damaged, defective and mis-shipped items.
Image colors may vary from screen to screen and because so, slight image color differences do not qualify as defective or mis-shipped and do not qualify for free return shipping.
At Campmor, we are committed to ensuring that your orders are delivered to you safely and securely. However, once a package has been shipped from our facility and is in transit, it is no longer under our control. In the unfortunate event that a package sent by Campmor is stolen after it has left our possession, we highly encourage you to contact your local authorities.

If your purchase was made using a credit card, that card will be issued a refund which will appear on your credit card statement 3-5 business days from the return date. Purchases made by check or money order will be issued a refund check sent under separate cover.

Returns from 3rd Party Manufacturers.
If returning products from any of our drop shipper manufacturers you must follow the returns form in their packaging. You will be refunded as soon as the return is completed to their warehouse.
