SILVA Mini Compass
The SILVA Mini Compass is a compact, lightweight navigation tool that's easy to bring along as a primary or backup compass. Its small size takes up minimal space in your pack, and it can be attached to a jacket with a safety pin for convenient, hands-free access while exploring the outdoors.
Designed for accurate navigation, the Mini features a mirror sighting system that helps determine direction over longer distances. When the mirror is positioned at approximately a 45-degree angle, you can view the compass bezel while simultaneously sighting your direction of travel for more precise navigation using the SILVA 1-2-3 System®.
The baseplate includes an inch map-measuring scale, while luminous markings support navigation in low-light conditions. A built-in sundial can also help estimate the time of day using the apparent position of the sun.
