This tropical, fresh dish has large pieces of farm fresh USDA white chicken breast smothered in a cilantro lime sauce. This super tasty meal is accompanied by fresh avocado mango, and tomato that were harvested at their peak of ripeness on a bed of white rice with notes of lime accentuating the dish.
