Refund policy

Returns & Warranty

Customer satisfaction is our goal. All merchandise in unused condition may be returned for a refund within 90 days of purchase when accompanied by your receipt. If used and found defective, we will exchange or repair within 90 days of the purchase date when accompanied by your receipt. Save your packing materials and manufacturers warranty together with your Campmor sales receipt and invoice. After 90 days if you believe there to be a problem not caused by normal wear and tear, you should contact the manufacturer directly.

When returning merchandise to Campmor, carefully wrap the items and return them Parcel Post insured or UPS. Parcels must be returned shipping charges prepaid. C.O.D. returns cannot be accepted and will be refused. Enclose the return form on the reverse side of your invoice or a letter telling us the reason for the return, along with the name, address, and zip code of the person who placed the order.

Refunds

If your purchase was made using a credit card, that card will be issued a refund which will appear on your credit card statement in 3-7 business days when our return department receives the return.

NO EXCHANGES

We do not except exchanges at this time. You will have to replace the order to make sure we have the stock.
