Simply submit your order in writing via one of the methods listed below:

Include a copy of your state or Federal tax exempt certificate. Please include a daytime telephone number so that we may contact you to finalize your order. Written quotes are also available upon request.

The discount will not be applied to orders placed through our website or call center. Shipping charges apply to all orders through group sales. Larger orders exceeding 40lbs may be subject to additional shipping charges.
