The top of the grip is rubberized and oversized, providing a perfect platform to palm the top portion of the poles on long descents, taking strain off the wrist. The MAKALU CORK FX TA comes with two interchangeable basket sets—a standard trekking basket for regular trail use and a larger tour basket designed for snowy conditions and true four season use.
