The Bison is the icon of the American West. As I created my Mashers recipe, having Bison as the centerpiece was a must. A fun twist of a traditional Shepherds Pie, this meal combines all my favorite veggies with mashed potatoes. Also, I'm a ranch fanatic so I added some good seasoning - giving it a kick that I think you'll love too!
