Even considering its low price point, it feels cheap, and the fabric is not at all breathable. Rather it relies on a flap along the back to allow air to circulate. I'm typically a very satisfied campmor customer, but they should not advertize this product as breathable based on flaps.

These function well if not obstructed; however, a backpack will obstruct them. Once venting is stopped the jacket acts like any cheap rain gear where in you become wet through with sweat.

It is best if you want something portable since it is easy to roll up into its own pocket. This coat is a great buy and it offers good protection from the rain. It is also light enough to be worn in warm weather.
