This belt is only half the thickness of most (military) belts. It has a tendency to slip just a bit during the day. Buckle is solid and better quality than belt webbing.

            Handy, comfortable belt to wear with hiking shorts, etc. Cheap enough to have more than one!

            Description says "up to 44 inch waist". It might be 44 inches long but it wouldn't go around a 44" waist and still buckle!
