Jason came to Campmor in search of a few items that will let him enjoy the fall weather outdoors with his rescue dog Jasmine. Jason needed new footwear to help him master the terrain of the wooded area where he and Jasmine like to go walking, so he picked up the Chilkat II Waterproof Winter Boot from The North Face. These will carry him through the winter season as well. Jason was also looking for a new leash with a little more versatility. He decided to go with the Ruffwear Flat Out Leash, which is 3 leashes in 1, serving as a hand held, around the waist, and even fixed leash, should Jason need to clip it around a tree post for a quick run into the coffee shop. Ever the hot drink enthusiast, Jason also wanted a bottle that would actually keep his coffee warm. He picked up the Stanley 1.4 qt Classic Ultra Vacuum Bottle, which can keep his hot or cold beverages at the temperature he wants them for up to 24 hours.
Jason wanted clothing that he could wear to work or around town, that would also be durable enough to survive his walks with Jasmine. He went with the Kuhl Rydr Pants, which are comfortable, allow plenty of freedom to move, and have the stylish look he wanted. He then picked up the Mountain Hardwear Trekkin Flannel Long Sleeve Shirt, which will keep him warm, but also wick moisture quickly, should he work up a sweat. Jason also bought the Black Diamond Sprinter Headlamp, so that as the days get darker earlier, he can continue to walk Jasmine, carry his coffee, and be on the lookout for anything dangerous.
