If you look closely at the Vibram FiveFingers size chart, you will notice that the numbers printed across the top of the chart refer to your foot's length in inches, NOT US size. Vibram found that, due to the precise nature of the FiveFingers fit, the most accurate size translation was in inches, not US shoe size (which varies across brands and styles). ***Please measure both feet from heel to longest toe with a ruler in inches and refer to the size chart next to the size pull-down menu for the right size***
Some have called the Vibram® FiveFingers® Sprint the most versatile footwear they own. Adjustable hook-and-loop closures cross over the instep and surround the heel for a personalized, secure fit. A thin abrasion-resistant stretch polyamide fabric follows the contour of the foot for comfort. And a flexible, non-marking TC-1 performance rubber sole is razor-siped to enhance grip over a variety of terrain. The Vibram® FiveFingers® Sprint is best used for light trekking, climbing, canyoneering, running, fitness walking, martial arts, yoga, pilates, sailing, boating, kayaking, canoeing, surfing, flats fishing, and travel.

Best Uses Comments about Vibram FiveFingers Women's Sprint Multisport Shoe: I have another pair of Vibram shoes that I LOVE. I bought these as an around town pair. No where near as comfortable! (In fact they were uncomfortable) The sole was too large for my foot and the top around the ankle was too small, so couldn't wear them.

Just takes a second and within a few minutes of wearing them you forget you even have shoes on.It is great. One thing to consider is the point of the shoes is to simulate barefoot walking so you do get ground feel. If you have overly sensitive feet these may not be for you. I am fairly comfortable walking barefoot on most surfaces like gravels and pavement already so it doesn't bother me but I could see how it might bother some depending on the surface you would be using them on. Just remember the soles are fairly thin to keep the barefoot feeling. That said they are durable and have become my favorite new pair of shoes. Be prepared for lotts of stares and questions about them and what they are.

They fit amazing and do not make my feet hurt at all. While they do take a little bit of getting used to, they are definitely worth the money. I would for sure buy these again!
