If you look closely at the Vibram FiveFingers size chart, you will notice that the numbers printed across the top of the chart refer to your foot's length in inches, NOT US size. Vibram found that, due to the precise nature of the FiveFingers fit, the most accurate size translation was in inches, not US shoe size (which varies across brands and styles). ***Please measure both feet from heel to longest toe with a ruler in inches and refer to the size chart next to the size pull-down menu for the right size***
Following in the footsteps of the original Vibram® FiveFingers® Bikila, the Bikila LS offers a closed speed lace system to accommodate a wider foot or higher instep. It shares the same revolutionary platform of the Bikila, features a Dri-Lex™ covered 3mm polyurethane insole and a 4mm anatomical pod outsole design. This combination provides superior plating protection and distributes forefoot impact without compromising essential ground feedback. An athletic padded collar and topline, 3M® reflective surfaces, and abrasion-resistant PU toe protection all add to the Bikila LS's roadworthy design.

Cons Best Uses Comments about Vibram FiveFingers Mens Bikila LS: Bought these as a workout shoe for fast walking, treadmill, general training, weight lifting, excercises. Wanted to try a zero heel lift type shoe and settled on these after trying in several alternatives. Have had them about a month and love them. I am 5-9" 210 pounds and in my 50's, not a runner, but in decent shape. I have wide feet with high arches, usually 10.5 WIDE shoe, the 44 fit perfectly. It's a little weird getting used to stuff between your toes. I wear these wthout socks.

Comments about Vibram FiveFingers Mens Bikila LS: I own the Five Finger KSO, and wear a 44. I measured for the Bikila, and my 11 1/8 in. foot should fit the 44. They were too tight and curled my toe. I will order the 45.

Comments about Vibram FiveFingers Mens Bikila LS: Don't expect to run on hard surfaces with this shoe. Has very limited cushioning. Best use in gym, or walking on soft surface. Concerns about quality/longevity of product. Laces broke within 3 months. Made self repair, but I've read other reviews that had same issue. Vibram needs to upgrade its quality control.
