Kept my neck protected but was long enough to also cover my nose and mouth. It was breathable enough that I didn't feel stifled with the coverage but did an awesome job at protecting my lungs from really frigid conditions. Can't beat this price for such a great addition to my running wardrobe!

I am a physician. This is perfect for patients with lung problems such as asthma and COPD. It may prevent heart attacks when shoveling. The cold air can cause spasm of the coronary arteries. This is a great inexpensive, I might argue needed during cold extreme weather conditions. Great when temp less than 40 degrees.
