This is my second MidZero Zip, I also own 2 pairs of the MidZero running tights. They are awesome! Warm as a primary layer in moderately cool temps, very toasty and a mid- or base layer.
Not waterproof, but definitely water and wind resistant, the MidZero line is my go-to for frequent trips to the Pacific Northwest and the Northeast in fall, winter and early spring. If only I could wear them to the office!

My tights are beginning to pill a bit, but that's after almost 2 years of frequent wear, so I really can't complain about that. Great product!
