Comments about Seattle Sports Paddleboy Mighty Mite Boat Cart: This cart makes it much easier for my small-built, 56-year-old frame to haul my kayak, so I can now access previously inaccessible waterways.

Comments about Seattle Sports Paddleboy Mighty Mite Boat Cart: Have not used , yet...will be a great help in carrying the canoe and kayak.

Comments about Seattle Sports Paddleboy Mighty Mite Boat Cart: Unfortunately carts are not permitted on Isle Royale so this did not make the trip but we will definitely use it for future portages and transport of not only the kayak but our dinghy in and around marinas and boat launches.

Comments about Seattle Sports Paddleboy Mighty Mite Boat Cart: Just what I was looking for. Good price; [...] great quality.
Pros Cons
Best Uses Comments about Seattle Sports Paddleboy Mighty Mite Boat Cart: The cart should make it easier to transport the kayak when not on a car/truck. Unfortunately, it seems to require two people to get the kayak on the cart because of balance issues and the bulk of the kayak. At that point, who needs a cart? it would be just as easy for two people to simply carry it.

Comments about Seattle Sports Paddleboy Mighty Mite Boat Cart: Straps provided with the wheels are cumbersome. Replace them with rubber bungee cords. The kick stand worked after tightening it.

Comments about Seattle Sports Paddleboy Mighty Mite Boat Cart: The width of the cart seems to be to narrow to use on kayaks and canoes as pictured in the ad. Unless I am totally trying to use the cart incorrectly, I don't see how it could ever be used except on the narrow stern or prow of a canoe or kayak. It rolls easily and assits me even though it doesn't seem to match the portrayed use of it.There is no specific place or fixture to pass the straps through for secure fastenings. I rate it average for the money.

Comments about Seattle Sports Paddleboy Mighty Mite Boat Cart: This is a horrible design. The kick stand will not hold the weight of the kayak. I was going to modify this to make it work but decided to buy a different design. The boat cart will not track right or stay under the kayak correctly. A sturdier platform with more rigid stability is needed . I am in the manufacturing business for 22 years. This should have never gone to market. Service and delivery comments: great delivery.

Comments about Seattle Sports Paddleboy Mighty Mite Boat Cart: This item works great with a SOT. You will need a SOT for the scuppers and deck loops so the cart will not slide.

Comments about Seattle Sports Paddleboy Mighty Mite Boat Cart: To be fair I have not used it yet. Plastic end caps for pipe frame were broken, missing, fell off easily. I got metal ones at hardware store. One tire inflation stem was bent, and being metal unbending could cause it to snap off or leak. It still inflated, hope it holds, if not I will buy "worry free" tires at [...]. I have a fairly light kayak and load, the cart should haul it.

Merchant response: The Mighty Mite is meant to support the bottom keel of the boat. You will need to strap the cart to the boat. 2 Straps are recommended to stabilize the boat on the cart
