Most spin classes use a SPD peddle so a SPD cleat is what you would need for a spin class peddle. The problem is that if you want to use this shoe on a road bike, the road bike would need a SPD peddle not a road bike peddle.Answered on 8/3/2011 by Steve from Campmor

The Pearl Izumi Woman's All Road Cycling/Spin Shoe does not come with the cleat. The cleat would have to be compatible with the clipless pedals on the Spin Bike. Most pedal systems for spin bikes use the Shimano SPD cleat...our item no. 19111.Answered on 3/1/2011 by Bob from Campmor
