Comments about MSR Large Deepdish Plate: Fine plate/bowl (can double as both, which is a reason I picked it up). I previously had an enamel-covered metal one but the enamel got scraped off. This is a plastic style so no scraping will happen. Had slight trouble cleaning up some grease in it, but it was also 25 degrees. Heat up some water and put in for cleaning if you're getting grease stuck on it.

Plastic would nor be the best for microwave use. Ceramic is a better surface.Q:

There is no lip on the bottom of these plates. They would not stake very high without becoming unstable.
