Laws and guidelines for carrying pocketknives are changing in countries all over our world. Several countries have enacted restrictions and parameters on folding knives, specifically on blades that lock open. Spyderco addressed this by developing a series of non-locking folders called Slipits. Slipit blades are safely held open by a notched or slip-joint located at the knife's pivot. Closing the blade, the notch produces resistance functionally similar to traditional slip-joint penknives. One such knife is Spyderco's UK Penknife Leaf Blade Combo Edge Knife with heightened control and safety witha deep finger choil that positions the index finger behind the blade directly under the thumb. This allows choking up nearer the cutting edge with comfort and dexterity. Positioning the index finger in the choil additionally keeps the blade from closing while cutting. Screw together handle construction for adjusting and cleaning and feature a left/right-hand tip up silhouette wire pocket clip. The blade is flat-ground VG-10 with slip-resistant jimping at the blade spine and along the finger-choil. - Blade Type: Plain Edge
- Material: Blade VG-10 steel
- Size: Length overall 6-1/16" (154 mm) blade length 2-9/16" (65mm)
- Length closed 3- 1/2" (89 mm) cuting edge 2-1/4" (57 mm)

I was wondering if this is the flat ground blade (as the description says) or the saber ground one in the picture? The flat ground blade would not have that line down the length of the blade where the grind changes. Thanks.
