Scotty's Flush mount baitcaster/spinning rod holder provides an adjustable surface-mounted cradle to securely carry either a baitcaster or spinning reel on the deck of a kayak or small boat. The flush mount works extremely well for sit-on-top kayaks and other kayaks that neccessitate a smooth surface from which a rod holder can be entirely removed. The sealed base is watertight to prevent water from flooding the interior of the kayak.
