Marmot Men's Gore-Tex Spire Shell Jacket is a shell so it has no insulation. It is completely waterproof and breathable. If you were to wear this over a fleece jacket and wear long underwear you would be quite comfortable in the 20's.Answered on 12/3/2010 by Steve from Campmor
