As long as you do not intend to layer under this jacket and you are an XS order an XS. Once ordered the jacket will ship the same day or the next business day. Delivery depends on how far you are from NJ. If you are on the east coast then no more than 3 business days. To the Midwest 3-4 business days. To mountain states 4 business days. The North Face Women's Apex Bionic Soft Shell Jacket is a cooler weather jacket, not particularly good for 0 weather and snow. A more traditional insulated ski jacket or insulated mountain jacket for conditions like that.Answered on 11/4/2010 by Steve from Campmor
