I am sorry, we can not measure a shoe with the size of your foot in inches or any other method. A boot could be measured close to what a dress shoe might be. We do not have a sizing chart that would convert the inches to the size of a boot. You might go to a shoe store and try something on, and then we could try a get a size that is the same.
