Comments about Coleman Exponent Bike/Pack Light: I knew this light would not be sufficient for trails in the dark of night but I just wanted something that would get me home safely when I had been out a bit too long. The batteries are clumsy to change as you have to remove 3 small phillips-head screws in the housing with the chance of losing them. I will be using NIMH rechargables in this light for extra shelf life. It seems fairly light weight and bright enough for casual trail riding and the link home or back to the car. And the price was right.

Coleman Exponent Bike/Pack Light is water resistant. You can use it in the rain, however I would not drop it in the water.Answered on 11/2/2010 by Steve from Campmor
