Comments about Kelty Shrike Daypack: Took is on a gnarly day hike from Laurel River Dam to Cumberland Falls. This pack was perfect. The trail washed out and we had to climb a rock face and it was perfect. I had so much movement and it held all my gear.

Comments about Kelty Shrike Daypack: I monitor a Bald Eagle nest in a remote area that requires wading across a muddy swamp. The pack balances well. I carry a DSLR, long telephoto lens, binoculars, spotting scope and a small tripod in the pack, plus other stuff you need in the Florida backwoods. I hand-carry a larger tripod and folding stool for balance crossing the swamp. The pack holds my gear with room to spare and is very comfortable. I'm glad I bought the Shrike.
