The Timex Ironman Run Trainer GPS Watch will leak swimming because it is water resistant to 50m. For a watch to use swimming you need a watch that is 200m or more. also pushing buttons while in the water will often cause leaking and damage to the watch.Answered on 12/27/2011 by Steve from Campmor
