Normally, the wider "porro prism" binoculars require little or no focusing once adjusted at a minimum distance of 20 or 30 yards, however this is not effective for close-in viewing. Steiner's new 8x30 Wildlife Pro offers the best of both worlds; by boasting not only depth of field with very little adjustment required, but also being able to focus on close subjects such as birds, insects and wildlife with a close focus of just 4.9 feet. Fully multicoated optics and prisms; the binoculars are made with a durable polycarbonate housing for shockproof strength. The 8x30 Wildlife Pro binoculars deliver brilliantly sharp images in the worst of climate conditions.
