I returned it to Campmor, got an immediate acknowledge and credit, and then ordered another or its products a few days later. I appreciated the return acknowledgement and have never had an issue with doing business with this firm.

I tried taking it apart to clean/dry it, but no luck, so it could not longer be used. Had to put a piece of plastic tape around it to keep it from breaking. Hope the next issue has the wider band which was perfect. Why ruin a good watch to save a little rubber? Pros
