Comments about High Sierra Explorer 55 Internal Frame Pack: Perfect for my 2 Boy Scouts. Very adjustable to both of their body types. We started hiking with a "minimalist" Scout Master and he liked these packs.

Comments about High Sierra Explorer 55 Internal Frame Pack: I bought this pack two years ago and it's still in a perfect condition. This being my first pack I cannot really compare it to anything else but I can say that in term of storage, the High Sierra 55 is great. There's plenty of room in or out the bag, plus it comes with a rain coat! My sleepingbag is very bulky (too bulky!) but I can still strap it with the bottom straps without having to put it IN the bag and lose vital space for other stuff.

Comments about High Sierra Explorer 55 Internal Frame Pack: Nice pack. Made it through Philmont reliably. Plenty of adjustments available. Could use more pockets. Smaller size was plenty for the outings.
