Comments about The North Face Terra 65 Internal Frame Pack: I have a pretty standard 15-degree sleeping bag. The bag compartment was too small and I had to unbutton the baffle to get it to fit. This really cut into my storage space. I replaced it with a Deuter AirContact 75+10.

Comments about The North Face Terra 65 Internal Frame Pack: Backpack is a great value for the money. The lower zipper bag is too small for a sleeping bag but a sleeping bag can be put in with removing the sectional flap. Great value. I am sure that this bag will last many many years.

Comments about The North Face Terra 65 Internal Frame Pack: Not enough pockets on the outside as other packs have. This makes it necessary to store almost everything inside. I ruined a great pair of sunglasses this way as it was jumbled together with everything else.

A:
The The North Face Terra 65 Internal Frame Pack is made in ChinaQ:
My son is a 12 year old boy scout who goes camping 1 - 2 times per month year round. No backpacking specific trips for another year or 2. He has a 16in torso now and of course he is about to hit his growth spurt... We want him to have a quality pack that he will have for several years. Is the Terra 55 or 65 best suited for him? I've seen both and the 55 looks small. Thanks1 answer
A:
It sounds like a M will fit your son torso length wise. As for the waist though the M(has a range from 32-40). All the Terra's have the same waist belt range. You may want to look at the Kelty Coyote 80 Internal Frame Pack. It has a lower range of 30" for the waist belt.Q:
Would this pack work for several day of XC ski touring1 answer
A:
The The North Face Terra 65 Internal Frame Pack would be a good choice for a several day Ski touring pack.Q:
I'm a 5'2 female looking at the terra 65 and terra 55 packs. I know the terra 55 is specific to women, but would the terra 65 in a size medium be just as comfortable with the opti fit adjustable torso? I want something a little bigger than the terra 55, but want a good fit as well.1 answer
A:
The Terra 65 is too long for a 5'2". You may want to look at the Women's Terra 55 which has a torso length of 15"- 18.5" The best way to determine fit with a pack is to measure your torso length.Q:
