Great for the back yard, but not for back packing. The lightweight ropes provided are not long enough to fit around most trees, so you'll need to bring your own. Pros

Comments about Texsport La Paz Hammock: If you don't hang it so that it is somewhat "droopy" ie if it is stretched too tight between trees you will fall out of this. I bough some cottom ones online from someone in mexico and they were more comfortable becausee they were wider. I'm small and skinny and I don't find that these are quite wide enough for total comfort. I am a bit disappointed but they will suffice for the backyard. Good price for what they are but you can get better ones for same price from sellers in Mexico. Pros

All of those failed in one way or another and were uncomfortable as I slipped through the knots. This one is comfortable. I own three, one for the camping truck, one for the wife and one for me. This is a single person hammock for normal sized humans. Pros

I am sure they will wear quickly as we leave them outside and they are cotton. The weather is brutal here, but it's ok, as they are a great price.
