Gordini Triumph Mirrored Ski Goggle

Item #: 86331

Our Price: $33.98

Regular Price: $65.00

SAVINGS: $31.02 (48%)

The Triumph is quite possibly one of the most exciting goggles seen on the hill. The sleek and smooth style features clean lines that flow around a spherical lens with a mirror coating. Comments about Gordini Triumph Mirrored Ski Goggle:

I purchased the Bolle Sport Goggle and darling hubby purchased these so we had a comparison between two items. The Giordini felt as if they had limited visibility and the nose felt odd. In comparison the Bolle had a very wide visibility, easy to adjust headband and a comfortable fit. Ending up returning the Giordini and purchasing a second pair of Bolle.

My husband admired a friend's orange-lens mirrored goggles for downhill skiing--said they were good for "flat light." I don't know what kind those would be. Any answers?

                      A:

Flat light is defined as a condition where snow and clouds compromise visibility. The problem can be significant if you ski in areas with few trees. Yellow lenses provide 70% light transmission, which significantly increases contrast. However, in extreme flat-light conditions, reddish goggle lenses provide even more contrast.

                      A:

The Gordini Triumph Mirrored Ski Goggle is ventilated. This said in humid environments fogging can become a problem. To reduce this ambient fogging make sure your goggle is close to the outside temperature and use an anti-fogging agent like cat crap.

The Gordini Triumph will not fit over glasses. Look for any goggles that says OTG.
