Comments about Timex Traditional Fullsize Sports Watch: i wear these watches to work and usually wind up doing chores with it on, which is why i have to replace them every couple of years. i lost my last one that i really liked clearing brush. it got snagged, i was working hard, and didn't notice it was gone until later. great watches, rugged, accurate and economical, and they look good. always my go-to brand.

Comments about Timex Traditional Fullsize Sports Watch: Face is very easy to read, but could use a little more radium on the hands and hours for night view. Indiglo works well but has been hard on batteries in other Timex watches I've had. Watch is light for its size. Looks nice.

(A replacement band broke; the watch lay in the street actively ticking away for an hour and a half before the next bus finally ran over it, right where it accidentally fell off! The strap showed tire treads but it's hard to say how many vehicles clipped the thing before the bus got it. Even then the casing was still intact!) Durable & much-liked product - great for the beach & travel! Only complaint is that the new model has a larger head, which makes it a tad bulkier than its predecessor.

Best Uses Comments about Timex Traditional Fullsize Sports Watch: The little window at 3:00 shows the day of the week and the date. In the tiny instructions it says to pull the stem out one click to set the date and pull to a second 'click' to set the day of the week. Trying to get it to go to the second 'click' the stem pulled right out of the watch. KAPUT! Although by now it didn't matter, the elapsed time ring around the clock face did NOT move. It is only decorative. It has no function no matter what they say. On the instructions sheet even after you find the section in english it talks about several different watches and it's hard to decide what applies to the watch you are trying to set. I sent it back for a refund.

I have had a few of these similar Timex watches over the years and they all seem to suffer from one problem, if you drop them the back comes off and is impossible to snap back on.
