Comments about Bolle X9 OTG Ski Goggles: I just took these on a week skiing trip in Colorado. The citrus lens is great in flat light, like that at A-Basin. It is a very aggressive color so not so good in dim light. Also it makes blue look gray, but I don't mind as long as they bring out contrast in flat light. They keep my glasses from fogging up better than my previous goggles (Smith.) They fit easily over my glasses. The strap is barely long enough to go around my helmet, but OK. Also they barely fit below my helmet, but again OK. The "Batman" bottom of each lens is slightly strange and makes it a little hard to blow my nose. But all-in-all, I am very pleased.
Pros Cons
Best Uses Comments about Bolle X9 OTG Ski Goggles: The goggles are too big in the height dimension. When wearing a helmet, they push too far down on my nose and squeeze my nostrils shut, which is very uncomfortable. My husband had the same problem.

Comments about Bolle X9 OTG Ski Goggles: Helmet causes these goggles to press down on my nose- wouldn't be a problem if just worn with a hat.

Comments about Bolle X9 OTG Ski Goggles: I bought these for use during long snowmachine trips, and they work great. During the worst wind and blowing snow conditions, they kept the snow out most of the time. I had a different brand on, and I got snow inside my goggles much worse than my husband, who had these on. I just ordered two more, so we always have one on hand!

Comments about Bolle X9 OTG Ski Goggles: The buckle attachment to one strap broke the first time I put them on. The second broke with only a very slight twist. I was able to make use of them with a plastic part I had at home. Very poor quality control on this.

Comments about Bolle X9 OTG Ski Goggles: I liked these and thought they were a great value for the cost. I've used yellow glasses/goggles and liked them a lot, these reddish lenses were really good most of the time. In very cold (sub-zero) conditions, they did sometimes fog when using my balaclava, and in some dim/overcast situations I had a hard time seeing all the details of the terrain. All in all, a good set of goggles for ski/snowboarding use in sun, overcast, light and moderate snow conditions. I did add my sunglasses in bright glare and appreciated the ability to adapt based on brightness. The soft case was a plus!
