Spyroflex® dressings also reduce pain, since exposed nerve endings are covered and hydrated. Ideal for large wounds, especially "strawberries and scrapes". Prevents wounds from drying out and forming a scab. Water-resistant and comfortable. May be worn for up to 7 days. Each pack contains 3 large 4" x 4" wound dressings.
