I returned to customer service and my account was not credited after 2 weeks of sending (3/4/2013). I called customer service many times, and each person gave me a different excuse such as they are behind with processing.

Sat in the dark with candles for a week last time, couldn't deal with that again. This lamp is bright enough to light up an entire room. Enough light to read by also. Great lamp.
