Sea To Summit eVent Compression Dry Sack

Item #: 83979

Our Price: $24.95 - $44.95

Grey

The innovative eVent® Compression Dry Sacks by Sea To Summit eliminate the need for a purge valve by incorporating permeable eVent® fabric on the base which allows air to be pushed out of the sack but water can't get in. This is a completely new concept in compression dry bags; a lighter, simpler and more reliable solution than a purge valve. All sizes include Hypalon ® roll top closure, tape sealed seams, a lid with four straps for even compression and are made of tough 70 D polyurethane coated fabric. Begin by folding the Hypalon™ strip down first and be sure to have at least three rolls before closing the buckle. Sea To Summit recommends that sensitive electronic devices be ?double bagged' (i.e. putting electronics inside one dry sack then placing this inside a second dry sack). For maximum protection, the use of a waterproof hard case should be considered. Suitable to keep contents dry in any wet situation where the bag is not submerged.
  • Base is made of 3 layer gas permeable eVent® laminate-allows air to escape
  • Inner coating is white for better visibility
  • eVent® has a 30,000mm hydrostatic head
  • Double-sewn, taped seams with short stitch length for durability
  • Triple bar tacked compression straps
  • Rugged 70 D nylon body and lid
  • Roll top Hypalon closure with lid
  • Pull handle on the bottom
  • Size: XS 6" x 14" , S 7" x 16", M 8" x 18", L 9" x 20", XL 10.5" x 23"
  • Weight: XS 3.7 oz, S 4.5 oz, M 5.2 oz, L 5.9 oz, XL 7.4 oz
