Two of the four legs would not screw in to grill, so I had to return it. While light weight and compact, it seems flimsy.

    Comments about UCO Grilliput:

    This grill packs small.
I used this grill for canoe camping and it worked perfectly. I live in south GA and many of the rivers have sandbars that we camp on. With this grill, it is easy to dig out a fire pit and put the grill in half of it. Light the campfire in the other half and as you get coals just push them under the grill.

The grill "poles" themselves are a little thin but I accept that as a result of the compact size.

        Comments about UCO Grilliput:

It is a very cool design. It is a bit on the short size but for what it is it will work fine. Some other people thought it was hard to put together I didn't think it was. I think they should make one of these in a bigger size to tuck away in a boat, car or camper.

I bought this for backpacking but it's a little too heavy and every ounce addes up. But it's always in my trunck of my car for those times when your out and decide to grill some steaks or shashlik (shish ka bobs) it takes little room and all stows into itself. really cool design
