Comments about Light My Fire Outdoor Meal Kit: Mess kit worked pretty well on our canoe trip. Didn't really need the strainer, plate or cup, but the bowl worked well. My only complaint is that the spork is made of a cheap breakable plastic. It broke in half the first night and fortunately I had brought a spare, but within two days the fork tines broke as well. Go with lexan made products for better durability.

Comments about Light My Fire Outdoor Meal Kit: This thing is fabulous. Everything packs in so nicely, and then fits inside my folding frying pan to take up less space in my pack. The plastic is heavy duty--I had to use the spork while cooking eggs since I didn't have a spatula, but the plastic barely warped at all. It took some getting used to eating off a fork with a serrated edge, and I did see this kit in green (my favourite colour) in a store after I purchased it here in blue, but these are minor details and I wouldn't trade my kit for anything. It's perfect for camping, picnics and would even be good for work.

Comments about Light My Fire Outdoor Meal Kit: I took this on a backpacking trip and found it so much more useful than I predicted. It is great for storing leftovers and the scraping/spatula/strainer tool it comes with is straight from the gods. I used it for so many different things. It really is great purchase. Especially because you can pick and choose which are the most appropriate to bring, or you can bring them all because they fit inside each other. Super easy to pack and lightweight. Not bulky/heavy like some metal meal kits can be. I really love this!!
