Ben's is great stuff against any biting insect (except those %@##@% black flies in Michigan's UP that draw blood through two layers of wool hiking socks; those things just point and laugh at any repellant.) While others on our river trip were driven to their tents by the mosquitoes, I was wearing shorts and a t-shirt and not bothered at all after spraying 100% deet on me. It's a little oily but spreads well. I discovered it will dissolve rubber after getting some spray on my headlamp, but with controlled spraying, was not a problem. I will never venture out again in the woods during bug season without this spray.

No mosquitoes, no fleas, no flies no problems. However, it is very strong, so if you are allergy-prone this may not be for you.

Comments about Tender/Ben's/Natrapel Ben's Max 100 100% DEET Insect Repellent Pump Spray: Spray on your clothes and shoes and your protected for a few days as long as you don't wash it off, it only takes a little bit of spray(one or two pumps) on you shoes, pants, and the front & back of your shirt or jacket and you won't have another bug bother you again.
