Makes a 3-4 good-size cups of joe at once and kept it hot til we were ready to drink it about 45 -60 minutes later. We use it on camping trips, but would be nice for home, too. Works just like a glass french press. A little messy to clean, since you have to deal with the grounds, like any french press. Hope the seal lasts.

We have used a french press pot daily for years. This one is very nice because it is virtually unbreakable and insulated -- no need for a thermos. BUT it is too small, only makes about three cups of coffee.

Makes great coffee as long you use coarse ground coffee to avoid extensive grind-sludge. Easier to depress and remove plunger than previous models, but seal is not as tight either. Takes up more room than i would like, but it keeps coffee warm. Best to pre-warm pot with extra hot water before making coffee. 4 scoops, 4 minutes...

Easy to make a terrific cup of coffee of ANY strength that you desire. Make 2 large cups of coffee and keeps it hot. Easy cleanup for a French Press. Even my wife feels that she can make a terrific French Press cup of coffee. We have many other (some very $$)ways to make coffee and Latte but this comes out with the most flavor. Seems very well made.

We bought this coffee press because we wanted a bigger press pot and we didn't want glass. We have had experiences with glass press pots shattering while pressing the plunger down.
This is a great press pot. It is easy to use and easy to plunge.
