Comments about UCO Ultrapod II: We have and love the Ultapod Mini for our point and shoot so when we got our larger DSL, I had to get the larger one. I love them! I have taken all of our Christmas card photos and outdoor family photos using this. Now, I can finally can be in some family photos!

Comments about UCO Ultrapod II: After lugging around the Leica tabletop tripod with Leica's marvelous ball head for several years (which is a very sturdy but heavy combination), this larger version of the UltraPod is a welcome change. It is very sturdy for being so light, and is a much easier item to carry around, while still being sufficiently sturdy to handle my D80.

Comments about UCO Ultrapod II: This is a great compact tripod that I usually leave attached to my Cannon PowerShot G6 - it doubles as a hand grip. I've also used it with my Canon digital video camera. The construction is solid, the platform is stable and almost infinitely adjustable. The only drawback is that the Velcro strap isn't easily stored away while not in use - it always seems to wrap in the wrong direction for the Velcro to grip when wrapped tightly out of the way.
