Comments about AlpineAire Pure Maple Syrup Granules: My backpacking friends and I have been looking for a better tasting lightweight breakfast as the eggs are horrible. Pancakes fit the bill perfectly and this syrup is the key. It is a bit messy at dish washing time in bear country so I recomend think pancackes rolled up and dipped in the syrup rather than on the plate. Have fun out there.
