Comments about Suunto MB-6 Matchbox Compass:

I've used this compass on adventures in many lands and would not trade it for all the modern conveniences. It's fast, accurate, light and durable. It has lasted me many years. It goes around my neck and into a shirt pocket, always available, never in the way. With the mirror down, it is easy to get very accurate readings, even in low light. It also works really well using the map as a protractor. I own a lot of compasses. This one never stays in the drawer.

Comments about Suunto MB-6 Matchbox Compass:

If I could have only one compass this would be my choice. With the mirror out, a great sighting compass. Put the mirror away and you can plot location and headings on a map. I modify the lanyard hole locations to the edges instead of the center. A bubble will appear occasionally and then disappear for no reason I can figure out. (Most all types do this.) Close it up and into the shirt pocket. Very handy and quick to deploy.
