Comments about Leatherman Wave Multi-Tool: It is a great multi-purpose tool. I use it mostly to have while camping. The most sue goes to the sharp knife blade to cut rope or make a peanut butter sandwich. The pliers are great as well. I bought this one to replace the original one I lost. Someone somewhere will get a super deal when they find it where ever I dropped it. I like the old leather sheath better as the tool can slip out of the newer one if not held upright. Be sure to track where you loan it out on a trip to friends as it moves around as everyone wants to use it. It is a marvelous product! I have used this backpacking in Arizona and on canoe trips in Canada. You can't berat it!

Comments about Leatherman Wave Multi-Tool: I broke the needle nose pliers after abusing them working on my tractor. They were still serviceable and used constantly. When doing a job in Portland earlier in the year I happened to drive by the factory and stopped in for a visit. They took one look at my badly mistreated Wave and promptly relieved me of it, returning it a few days later good as new and no charge. What more could you possibly ask for?
