The description of this product indicates that the "sock" is cleanable as well as the storage bag, but what about the surface that you sit on? Can it be washed with soap and water or at least sanitized with something? I am in need of a portable toilet for my tent trailer and need to get something within the next month or so. The surface you sit on can not be removed from the frame. To clean it you will need to soak the fabric in an antiseptic solution and rinse off and let air dry.Answered on 3/20/2012 by Steve from Campmor
