Comments about Sven Saw Sven Folding Camp Saw 21 Inch: I was heart broken when I lost my Sven saw of 30 years. Purchased a replacement for Campmor and I am happy again. I have never been able to find a saw better than this one. Unlike similar saws my Sven stays sharp and the blade stays rigid while sawing even thick logs. Anything under about 6" is a breeze.

Comments about Sven Saw Sven Folding Camp Saw 21 Inch: After 30 years of rugged, continual abuse my Sven Saw has never disappointed or failed. I am still on the original blade. So impressive is this folding saw that I bought these two for my sons as they continue on the backwoods traditions. Personally, I can find no fault in this handy saw. 30 years ago, I purchased an additional blade with the saw and have never had to replace the original...and it is still as sharp today as it was new. Hoping these new Sven's are made of the same material.

I've had this Sven folding saw for over 20 years -- and I'm just thinking of replacing the blade now. It is a great hand saw for cutting small branches (up to about 6" diameter). The overall length of the saw while closed is about 21". The red handle comes completely off and the blade folds down into the silver part. Then the red handle slides onto the end of the silver piece. It is a nice, handy set up.Answered on 9/21/2010 by Shawn from New JerseyVERIFIED BUYER
