Our Price: $39.99

The Reliance Fold-N-Filter is a great collapsible water container that provides quick access to filtered water. By simply pressing down on the container it can dispense filtered water up to a rate of 1.4 gallons/min without loss to filter efficiency. Another key feature of the Fold-N-Filter is that when it is not used, it can be rolled up and stored in minimal space. It also weights only 1 lb. when empty. The filter itself is a Swiss-made 143 square inch, pleated 0.3 micron glass-fiber media filter. It will effectively filter up to 200 gallons (750 liters) of water before the filter requires replacing.

Will this work well to filter river/stream/lake water on a hike/trail? if so, are there smaller versions, maybe 1-2 gallon range?

  • Q:

I am looking for an emergency filter that I coulduse by pouring water from swimming pool. Looking for large capacity and one that can filter most contaminates including chlorine.

      A:

Since the Reliance Fold-N-Filter Water Container does not use an activated charcoal filter element it would not remove chlorine. So it would not be appropriate for filtering pool water.
