This works fine. The one I received is black and not blue as shown in the picture. It is also a different plastic than my original, which is at least 10 years old. the new cap is a bit thinner and more flimsy than the old one. Otherwise, what can you do? it's priced right.

We love using our Nalgene bottles while we camp, kayak, rock climb or hike. But the lids only last after a few drops, so we always like to have a few extra lids with us, just in case.
