Comments about Reliance Luggable Loo Portable Toilet: This is a fabulous idea for remote camping. It was 30 degrees and the middle of the night....thank goodness this option was nearby! I used a heavy garbage bag as a liner, added a layer of kitty litter, then another liner and more kitty litter. Easy to clean and dispose of.

Comments about Reliance Luggable Loo Portable Toilet: The Luggable Loo beats all the others for simplicity and comforts of home, less the flushing convenience, of course. It fits nicely in my horse trailer, and I can use it several times before changing out the bag. I'm so thankful to have found this, it sure makes my horse camping less primitive!

Comments about Reliance Luggable Loo Portable Toilet: Our upstairs has no plumbing and so rather to climb up and down half asleep, we keep the portable toilet on our bedroom balcony, (we have no neighbors), emptying it in the morning.

Comments about Reliance Luggable Loo Portable Toilet: I collect rocks and fossils in the field on car camping trips, usually where only primitive or no facilities are available. After my last trip, where I was trying to dig a latrine in hard ground with a hand trowel, I decided to try something different. Found this on Campmor site and decided to give it a try. The product is a great idea, but the execution is a little limited. You take a 5-gallon bucket and slap a toilet seat on it, line it with biodegradable poo bags and you're in business. The bucket is very sturdy, like other buckets you can find in a dumpster. The seat is OK-a little small for a big guy like me, but the top cover is really flimsy. My girlfriend thinks the toilet is a lounge chair. As soon as she sat on it, she leaned back and almost broke the cover off. I don't expect this product to last for very many trips, but it gives me ideas for building one myself for next time. Product would benefit by incorporating a toilet paper holder. If asked, I'd help the manufacturer design a unit that will last. I'll provide more comments after my next trip in March, 2012. Pros
Cons Best Uses Comments about Reliance Luggable Loo Portable Toilet: My husband is a truck driver who sometimes gets in very remote areas without a restroom in sight. This has worked out very well for him when the need so to speak arises. Great product. It's very sturdy and works well.
